At the design stage, the engineering team uses the latest version of advanced software - Autodesk Inventor Professional 2013, which makes it possible to prepare three dimensional projects along with a digital prototype. We also prepare rendered 3D visual designs.

For each project we carry out a computer-aided MES strength analysis of the entire design, as well as individual elements. All this is done to ensure the accuracy of the project, which leads to the highest quality equipment. As a result, all of our machines meet technical and functional requirements, and are free of design errors, thus ensuring safety.

Red Rooster Price Reduction

Red Rooster are pleased to announce a 5% price  reduction on their range of Air Hoists up to and including 1000Kg SWL.

Red Rooster Load Cells

Red Rooster have introduced a new range of Lightweight Load Cells supplied complete with self indicating, cabled or telemetry display.

Red Rooster visited by Chinese delegation.

John Evans and Yolanda, both from Red Rooster Industrial, show a Chinese delegation the wonderful River Spey. The delegation consisted of representatives from Red Rooster's Chinese agency and senior members of  a major Chinese mining group company.

During their four day visit to Red Rooster delegates were shown the complete range of Red Rooster products plus several large value orders ready to be shipped to them in China.
After several visits to Beijing and Shanghai John Evans, Red Rooster's Sales and Marketing Director, was especially pleased to welcome this delegation to Scotland.
Yolanda, who is currently employed by Red Rooster Industrial at their Aberdeenshire Head Office, acted as tour guide and translator during the visit.

RED ROOSTER INDUSTRIAL ACHIEVES BS OHSAS 18001 CERTIFICATION

Red Rooster Industrial UK Ltd has been awarded certification to the occupational health and safety management system BS OHSAS 18001 by BSI.

Through implementation of the health and safety management systems standard, RRI UK board have confirmed their commitment to their workforce to promote a safe and healthy working environment. BS OHSAS 18001 provides a framework that allows RRI UK to consistently identify and control health and safety risks, reduce the potential for accidents, aid legislative compliance, and improve overall performance.

Already we have seen the benefit of the professional and helpful assistance given us by BSI during the lead up to gaining certification. This has shown itself in many ways such as the simplifying of both our quality and OHSAS systems, compliance with legislation and the protection of our workforce. When we started out to improve our Health and Safety systems, with the assistance of our consultants Ketba, it was to meet industry requirement but the benefits found during the process quickly showed the further advantages certification would give us.

The success of the company is due to the range of quality air hoists, winches, and load measuring equipment RRI UK have available for hire and sale along with fully trained staff who can repair and inspect all makes of equipment. With our design and manufacturing base in Oldmeldrum Aberdeenshire, a depot in West Bromwich, and Red Rooster Stavanger we can ensure a rapid response to enquiries and meeting our customer’s requirements.
